OS 9000/4.6.0.297 re released

AT&T had previously taken down BlackBerry OS 4.6.0.297 for the Bold 9000 because of technical issues but it looks like it was re-released with an updated Software Platform version. The Software Platform version from the previous AT&T Bold OS was 4.0.0.243, in this re-released OS the version is 4.0.0.247. This is not the newest available OS.
